Terms and conditions
To make any purchase, it will be necessary for the client to previously reserve both the type of test and the date and time to carry out said test by completing the data collection form, which must be truthful, exact and complete
Once the purchase is made, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the information of their reservation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS:
The prices of the products include VAT, and are expressed in euros.
Granamedic reserves the right to modify said prices without prior notice, the valid prices being those in force at all times, canceling the previous ones.
Granamedic makes the following forms of payment available to the client:
Credit/debit card: Payment can be made immediately by credit or debit card. The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made with VISA and MasterCard.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Purchased products may be returned up to 1 day before the date of the test and only 80% of the total amount will be refunded for management expenses and appointment occupation.
To do this, the client must contact the clinic via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 690 096 539.
Payments for returns and cancellations will always be made in the same payment method chosen by the customer.
If the return could not be accepted due to its lack of conformity with the indicated conditions, the buyer will not be entitled to receive a refund of the amounts corresponding to the returned products.
